Why I Do This
I spent years saving up $125,000 while serving overseas in the U.S. Navy. When I left the Navy and returned to the U.S. to pursue my dream of being a full-time real estate investor, I squandered my hard-earned money in just two years. Instead of hiring a coach, I made a series of poor decisions. I entered into unnecessary partnerships due to a lack of confidence. Had I invested time and a little money with a qualified coach, I would have avoided many costly deals. When I found myself in default on massive debts, I swore that one day I would create a coaching program that I wished I had all those years ago.

This no-obligation 30-minute call can be done via telephone, Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet. If you decide that this one-to-one coaching program is a good fit, the coaching fee is $200 per hour. Clients are sent a bill on the 1st of the following month. Clients may pay via check, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or Apple Pay. Some clients choose to receive 30 minutes a week at a set time. Others choose 60 minutes. Some clients prefer coaching once every two weeks. Some schedule a coaching call when they feel they need one. We tailor the program to fit your needs and your budget.
For Investors, Realtors, and Entrepreneurs
I coach real estate investors, Realtors, and entrepreneurs from multiple industries. Participants can cancel at any time, for any reason. We encourage you to give it at least six months to maximize results, although there is no obligation. We’ve all heard the adage that if you give a person a fish, they eat for a day; whereas if you teach a person to fish, they eat for a lifetime. I will teach you how to find, analyze, negotiate, and control deals that give you options, and in the long run, lead you to wealth.
